Chip is a Director at Celerity, a business acceleration consultancy that helps companies accelerate results by working through critical points that slow down momentum and market credibility. Those areas are technology adoption and integration, business process efficiency, strategy and alignment, and talent. Celerity is focused on serving commercial and government clients. Headquartered in McLean, VA, Celerity operates nine regional offices with more than 600 employees.

Prior to Celerity, Chip was a Consultant at Echo Services and before that Executive Director for RichTech (formally The Greater Richmond Technology Council).  Prior to this he had his own consulting firm which focused on early stage software/ consulting firms.  Chip has a wide range of sales experience which includes positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Experient Technologies, CapTech Ventures and Gyrus Systems.  He first became affiliated with the Technology Council soon after its founding and severed on its Board and various committees. 

Chip is a native of Richmond, VA where he still calls home with his wife and three children.  He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College, History major.  Chip serves on various boards including Virginia FIRST Robotics, Virginia Technology Alliance, Center for IT/Deep Run and Steward School Spartan Club.
